The house has a 2 car garage, 1800 sq ft, double boathouse with 2 boat lifts and 5 jet ski lifts. 1 boat slip(not lift) and 1 jet ski lift are made available for renter use.

The yard has a fenced dog run when pet is outside. While we welcome pets they MUST be crated while inside the house. We appreciate your cooperation.
